If you try to show unnecessary genuineness more often, there will be a negative effect on the client’s mind (Remember, your clients are also very smart and they know all the things!). Remember! It’s more important to be genuine than appear.
No#3. A Long terms and conditions: Generally people don’t have so much time to read or hear your long terms and conditions. If your T&C is long then your clients will simply pass away. Make your TC short, simple and effective which can satisfy both you and your clients. In many cases it has been seen that– clients get unsatisfied because of hidden terms and conditions after completing a successful business action. It‘s really frustrating and causes a negative review.
