It’s very tough nowadays to say whether some legitimate online ad posting jobs are available. However, many genuine online jobs exist in 2024, but online ad-posting jobs are not one of them.
In today’s advanced world, ad posting jobs are not relevant anymore. To understand that, you need to know what an ad posting job is.
What are ad posting jobs?
An “Ad posting job” is a job that pays people to publish third-party promotional messages online on various platforms, such as free classified sites, social media, job boards, etc.
Here, we are discussing traditional free classified ad posting jobs mainly associated with online free classified advertising.
This kind of job was trendy in early 2010. But, after the revolution of digital marketing (the era of smartphones), most business owners prefer search engines and social media advertising for their business promotion.
Online classified advertising is now limited to a few categories, such as real estate, vehicles, local buying and selling, and personal ads. It is no longer relevant to driving web traffic and digital sales.
So, it’s illogical for serious business owners to pay people to post ads online.
How does an ad posting job company work today?
The only option that can justify classified ad posting jobs is link building for SEO (search engine optimization). Classified advertising can build some backlinks to your website. But whether it’s good or bad for your website SEO depends on the quality of your backlinks.
Classified ad posting is not the only option to improve SEO. It’s optional and never needs continuity. No one can create a job source using this method.
Most of the online classified ad posting job sources that exist today ask for joining fees and follow a business model that prevents job seekers from earning more than they invest. They also encourage job seekers to recruit others to earn more profit.

They mainly use social platforms, free classified websites, WhatsApp, direct messaging, etc., to advertise fascinating income opportunities with less effort. Sometimes, they use business certificates and some screenshots of their payments to express authenticity.
Once you join sources like this, you will never complete your work with 100% accuracy in time. The terms and conditions are structured in a way that allows them to reject your work without providing any justification.
A reputable company should never charge employment fees. Secondly, all reputable private companies must sign an agreement that maintains transparency if any disputes occur between employees and employers.
But the interesting fact is that today’s work-from-home job provider companies that claim to be genuine never legally represent themselves as job providers. They call themselves service providers (According to their terms and agreements).
We all know that service providers can ask for money and never need an employment agreement. They can also change their terms of service anytime they want—and they can do this without getting anybody’s permission.
So, you can’t claim any dispute as an employee. They can introduce new terms to disqualify your work when needed. You have to agree to all the confusing terms if you want to continue working with them. Otherwise, they can terminate your credentials as a service holder.
An actual ad posting company can only be theoretically genuine, not practically.
